Our mission is to help provide clarity around mental health and therapy through our therapeutic services. That's why we've created a space where you can communicate, heal and share your thoughts to understand your emotions.
As a mental health professional and high school counselor, Aisha provides emotional and behavioral support; coping skills for stress, anxiety, and anger.
She utilizes a Person-Centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with life transitions. Through compassion, sincerity, and active listening, she ensures that every client feels safe to be open, direct and understood to ultimately resolve their concerns.
Every psychological state isn't the same, nor the patient. This is why my professional goal is to tailor my approach in counseling to the unique set of circumstances of any individual patient.
My personal perception of the relationship between a therapist and a patient is that of an equal partnership with shared motivations and goals. I facilitate and help support a process we co-create together.

My methods revolve around increasing an individual’s self-awareness, encouraging self-exploration, identifying boundaries, enhancing communication skills and improving the use of healthy coping skills. We will discover your power, worth, and truth to provide a life with lasting core strength and harmony.
Our family affects who we are and who we become. Family is where we learn our vocabulary, our habits, our customs and rituals, and how to view and observe the world around us.
In times of possible divorce, parent-child conflict, domestic violence or traumatic loss of a family member, family therapy is necessary to address and resolve family issues and heal a family’s wounds.
